1. What Is the Ramzan Negahban Card 2026?

- Negahban Card (ATM Card):
The card allows eligible families to withdraw Rs. 10,000 cash assistance directly from ATMs through an official banking system. - Free Rashan Package:
Essential food items will either be delivered to eligible households or provided through authorized distribution points.

2. Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?

- Type your 13-digit CNIC number without dashes

- You will receive a reply confirming eligibility or asking for data updates
Method B: Online Registration (PSER Portal)
Applicants not already listed in government records must register online.

- Create an account using CNIC and mobile number
- Enter family, income, and household details carefully

Method C: Offline Registration (Union Council)

4. How to Receive the Card and Cash
